I created this set during a bout with depression. Due to it's dark setting, I wasn't fully comfortable with releasing it at first. Ryuk's Deathnote was the first of my of my Bond cards. Bonds are artifact enchantments with the mechanic "bind." It's alot like enchanting but the card has more solid characteristics due to being an artifact. Eventually I made more of these bonds. The deathnotes are a 6 card cycle of bonds. This is due to the rule in the manga/anime that no more than 6 deathnotes can function in the human world at the same time. I named my block: Mystery Science Theater (Death Note, Aperture Science, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) I'll try to put as much of the story line as I can in my Journal.
